Allergen Alert: Please be advised, we can not guarantee the home has been 100% pet free,
so if you have allergies please take the appropriate medical precautions.
 

Deposit/Refunds:  A damage/security deposit of $300.00 will be required to secure your reservation.   
Rally deposit of $700.00 is required.  Rental balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival. 
Upon reservation cancellation, your deposit will be refunded, less 20% if notified 30 days prior to the reservation date.
With shorter notice, the deposit will be refunded only if the cabin can be re-rented.  Damage/security deposits are fully
refundable providing no damage is found and keys are returned.
