      Originally a two story miner's boarding house, the house was converted
                     and re-modeled into a family home in the 1930's.
              The original owners lived in the house for 75 years till 2007!

 
 

 

 

      Historic Charm is located on 38 privately owned acres; no other inhabited dwellings. Solitude for you!

Five acres (with access to immeasurable Black Hills National Forest)  are reserved for the use of you, our guest! 
                             Ranch cattle may be found grazing on the remaining (fenced) acreage.

Rates: US Dollars Only.  Subject to 5% Sales Tax.  Priced for 4.  Additional guest are $15/head/night over the age of 5 years old (maximum 6 guest limit).
For the week:   $1,265.00
For the night (2 night minimum): $175.00/night 
Rally Week: (August 3-12) 6 night minimum $300.00/night for a 6 guest maximum

No Pets, Smoke-Free Rental.
 Allergen Alert: Please be advised, we can not guarantee the home has been 100% pet free,
so if you have allergies please take the appropriate medical precautions.

Deposit/Refunds:  A damage/security deposit of $250.00 will be required to secure your reservation.   
Rally deposit of $500.00 is required.  Rental balance must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to arrival. 
Upon reservation cancellation, your deposit will be refunded, less 20% if notified 30 days prior to the reservation date.
With shorter notice, the deposit will be refunded only if the cabin can be re-rented.  Damage/security deposits are fully
refundable providing no damage is found and keys are returned.
