Deposit/Refunds: A deposit of $200.00 is required to
secure your booking. Upon reservation
cancellation,
your deposit will be refunded, less 20% if notified 30
days prior to the reservation date. With shorter notice, the deposit
will be
refunded only if the cabin can be re-rented. Deposits are refunded within
7-10 days of departure.
